Eco Villas at Cape Three Points

Trinity Beach Villas offers five eco villas at Cape Three Points, Ghana’s southernmost point and one of its quietest surf breaks, each built as a private, self-contained space on ten acres of beachfront forest and working farmland. Unlike the shared chalets and dorm-style stays common along this coast, each villa here is its own space, with its own bed, its own outdoor shower, and its own porch facing the water. All five eco villas at Cape Three Points are built with hardwood ceilings and insulating thatch roofs, powered by solar, and surrounded by the same farm that supplies the kitchen, with tilapia ponds to the north, pineapple and moringa to the east, and forest and a seasonal river to the west. Rated 4.9 stars across more than 90 Airbnb reviews, with guests consistently returning for the remote, unspoiled setting and the local community that has been built here over two decades.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Arrival & Stays
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
How do we get to Trinity Beach Villas?
The easiest way is a short flight to Takoradi, with Africa World Airlines operating routes from Accra, Kumasi, or Tamale. From Takoradi Airport, private shuttles and taxis make the two-hour journey to Cape Three Points for around 800 Ghanaian cedis. Local buses and shared tro-tros are also available.
Do you offer airport transportation?
Yes. We can arrange a private airport shuttle to and from Takoradi with our trusted driver. Please request this at least 24 hours before your arrival.
What are the road conditions like getting there?
The final stretch of road to Trinity Beach Villas is unpaved and can be rough, especially during rainy season. If you’re driving yourself, a 4×4 vehicle is recommended, particularly if you’re coming from the Ivory Coast side. Most guests find it easiest to arrange a private driver rather than self-drive — we’re happy to help arrange this. The journey is part of the adventure, and the destination is worth it.
Do you offer discounts for longer stays?
Yes. Book 7 nights or more and receive a 15% weekly discount, paying for 6 nights and staying for 7. For stays of a month or longer, we offer a 20% monthly discount, paying for 24 days and staying for 28. Monthly stays require a short written proposal beforehand so we can plan your visit properly.
AMENITIES AND SERVICES
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast isn’t included in the room rate but can be ordered a la carte from our restaurant, with options including eggs, pancakes, French toast, fresh fruit, juices, coffee, and tea.
Is there WiFi in the villas?
WiFi is strongest in the main lodge and restaurant area. Connection in individual villas can be weaker, so if you need to be online for work, we’d suggest planning to do it from the restaurant or the upstairs shala.
Do you provide linens, towels, and mosquito nets?
Yes. Every bed comes equipped with fresh linens, towels, and mosquito netting.
Is there air conditioning or fans in the villas?
We run entirely on solar power to keep our footprint low, so there’s no air conditioning. Room fans are available upon request during the hottest months.
Do you offer cleaning services?
Sheets are changed and rooms cleaned every third day as standard. Daily cleaning can be requested for a $6 fee.
Do you offer laundry services?
Yes. Laundry is washed by hand and air-dried, priced at $15 per basin. Please request it the day before, as it needs a full day to dry properly. Guests are welcome to take part in the hand-washing process if they’d like to.
